While the “Little Mouse” was out enjoying Animal Kindom the other day, she was also on the hunt for the new Simba ice cream cookie sandwich. Thankfull she was able to find it at Tamu Tamu Refreshments and was willing to share her thoughts on this scrumptious dessert.
Thank you Taylor Photography for the following pictures.
This wonderfully delicious cookie was larger than expected and very rich. It has vanilla bean ice cream between two chocolate chip cookies. On top there is chocolate frosting, an edible image of Simba and Simba’s “chocolate tail” sticking out between the cookies. It was delightful and more than enough for 2 people to share. Make sure and bring a lions appetite if you’re going to try and eat this by yourself.
I’m so excited by all the new snacks that Disney if offering in the different parks. Comment below if you have a favorite new snack (or an old favorite).
